The AIT 1112 is a semi-automatic Heat Press with an unique electromagnetically assisted closing and pressure system to help relieve operator fatigue. As shown in the video, the operator pulls the handle to within about six inches of the bottom platen (shown above right) where the electromagnet engages the top platen and pulls it closed. Once the timer reaches 0.0, the electromagnet releases and the top platen automatically opens.

A heated platen size of 20”x44” makes this an ideal machine for sublimation printing of small format flags and banners. Features include a floating head design for even contact between the heated platen and the substrate, and optional double heating is available. No compressed air is required, and the 1112 can be wired for single or three-phase connection.

The new REV 2 press is totally electronic and requires no air. Both time & temperature are controlled with a push of a button, as well as our patented electronic pressure system. An electronic piece counter is also available. The REV 2 has a slide tray on the bottom platen which pulls out for loading. The operation is effortless and is totally silent. Both plates can be removed in a matter of minutes and replaced with various size extra plates and shapes.

The REV 2 features the unique 'Micro-Matte' heating element that is specifically designed for the quality heat control demands of dye sublimation printing. It will of course support all types of heat transfer applications including hot and cold plastisol peel transfers and heat activated laminating processes.
