Image transfers created with color
laser copiers or ink jet printers utilize a polymer coated sheet
to fuse toner or ink particles on the surface of a substrate.
The result is a decal-like transfer that can peel, crack, or
fade over time. SubliJet uses a chemical process called
sublimation to transfer its ink below the surface of a
substrate. This results in a tattoo-like transfer that will not
peel, crack, or fade and lasts for many years. |
