Creating a Highlight \ 3D
1) Select the File menu / Open / acp_corel_draw_tools_blend.cdr
2) Double click the Pick tool to select the objects on the page (the stacking order of the objects is the Red Star w/o outline, Red star w/ outline, Yellow Circle)
3) Press the letter "P" on the keyboard to align the selected objects to the center of the page
4) Select the Blend tool - Drag and drop the Yellow Circle on the Red Star
5) On the Property bar - Set steps to 65 - Press Enter




Creating a Border with Blend
1) Click Page 2 on the Document Navigator
2) With the Blend tool selected, from the Property bar select:
Path Properties - New Path - Click on the rectangle
Miscellaneous Blend Options - Choose Blend along full path
3) Select the Pick tool and then press the Escape key to deselect the blend group
4) Hold down the shift key and press Tab to select the first object in the stacking order (rectangle) - then click the Black color well on the color palette with the left mouse button to give the rectangle a black fill




Creating a Border with Blend

1) Click Page 3 on the Document Navigator
2) Double click the Pick tool to select the objects on the page
3) Press the letter "P" on the keyboard to align the selected objects to the center of the page
4) Select the text with the Black 2 point outline (verify you have selected the correct text by looking at the outline properties on the Status bar). - Click the white color well on the color palette with the right mouse button to change the outline to White
5) Select the Blend tool - Click on the White outline, drag and drop on the blue outline
