Unisub® Aluminum Sheet Stock
 

Unisub® Aluminum is specifically formulated for sublimation, and the standard for the sublimation industry. It is manufactured in a manner that assures consistent results from sheet to sheet. It is engineered to be more scratch, mar, chemical, and UV resistant than others. Finished work looks better, lasts longer, and gives consistent results with the entire Unisub product line. Unisub® Aluminum 2' X 4' sheet stock is custom cut - allow 1 week minimum lead time when ordering. 10 piece minimum order. 2' X 4' Unisub® Aluminum orders are shipped by truck only.

Unisub® FR Plastic Sheet Stock is the world's best sublimatable plastic.  FRP sheet stock may be routed, sawed or drilled.  Reinforced with fiberglass, this super-durable product is scratch resistant.  FRP Sheet Stock comes coated on one wide or both sides in gloss or matte finish and has removable protective film on one side. Unisub® FR Sheet Stock can be used for custom sized & shaped name badges, signs, etc. The possibilities are as varied as your imagination.

Unisub® Hardboard Sheet Stock
 

Unisub® Hardboard Sheet Stock is a masonite substrate with durable, stain resistant coating specifically designed for full color sublimation. Hardboard is coated on one side only in gloss finish with a removable protective film. Unisub® sheet stock may be routed, sawed, drilled or laser cut to create custom sized and custom shaped items. The possibilities are endless.

Unisub® Phenolic Sheet Stock
 

Unisub® Phenolic Sheet Stock is a .050" thick, coated on one side in gloss finish and has removable protective film. Unisub® Phenolic can be sawed or drilled. Developed for those who need a thinner substrate for name badges and other custom sized and custom shaped items.

Unisub® 4' x 8' Sheet Stock
 

Unisub® FRP, Hardboard, Aluminum, Phenolic and MDF 4' x 8' Sheet Stock. Unisub® will cut non custom 4' x 8' sheet stock in half at no charge. Minimum order: 10 sheets per item. Volume discounts: 50 sheets - 5%; 200 sheets - 7.5%; 500 sheets - 10% . There is a $50 packaging charge for orders less than 50 4' x 8' sheets. All 4' x 8' sheet stock panels are graded to an acceptable level of Commercial Grade 1. Panels which fail to meet this level are regarded Commercial Grade 2 or Shop, and will be discounted at the discretion of Unisub®. *4' x 8' sheet stock net surface denotes the area suitable for sublimation. The outside .5" to .75" perimeter of each sheet may be slightly damaged, void of coating or contain surface defects. Unisub® grading standards do not apply to this outside area and it is not guaranteed against defects or damage.
