ACP Lead Distribution SMS Notifications
Program Description
All Copy Products ("ACP") and its subsidiary Verticomm operate an automated lead distribution system that routes incoming sales leads to assigned sales representatives. As part of this system, ACP sends SMS/text message notifications to employees alerting them when a new lead has been assigned to them. Messages include the lead's name, company name, lead source, and a prompt to check email for complete lead details.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on lead volume. Employees can expect to receive approximately 1 to 10 messages per day during business hours, depending on their territory and lead flow. Message volume may be higher or lower on any given day.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. ACP does not charge employees for SMS notifications, but standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-In
Participation in SMS lead notifications is part of the employee's sales role at ACP or Verticomm. Employee mobile phone numbers are entered into the lead distribution system by company management. Employees are informed during onboarding that they will receive automated lead assignment notifications via SMS.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply **STOP** to any message you receive. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. You may also contact your manager or email info@allcopyproducts.com to request removal from SMS notifications. Opting out of SMS will not affect lead assignment — leads will still be sent via email.

Privacy

Supported Carriers
SMS notifications are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary. ACP is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
