CHANDLER, Ariz. — Oct. 19, 2026 — All Copy Products (ACP) and its managed IT division, Verticomm, officially celebrated the opening of their new Chandler facility with a ceremonial ribbon cutting. Joined by Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke, the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, and the city’s economic development team, the celebration marks the start of a new chapter for ACP in Arizona, a market the company first entered shortly after President Brad Knepper acquired All Copy Products in 1999.

“Today is the start of a new chapter. This has been in the works for a long time, and I’m really excited to be here,” said Brad Knepper, President of ACP and Verticomm. “Arizona was the second market we expanded into, just shortly after I acquired All Copy in 1999. This building shows that we’re here to stay, and we’re going to build our market share and be here for the long term.”

Located at 6640 W. Chicago St. in West Chandler, the 39,000-square-foot facility includes 19,400 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet dedicated to storage and warehouse operations. The warehouse alone is nearly five times larger than ACP’s previous location, with double the ceiling height. Inside, the two-story office features a client-facing demo room for showcasing equipment in action, a second-floor mezzanine overlooking the warehouse that connects the office and operations sides of the business, and an onsite fitness center for employees.

The building’s open layout has already made a difference for the team working inside it.

“I love walking through the new office. The energy, how open it is, and you can see everybody. It feels like there’s a buzz here,” said Knepper. “It’s great for my morale, and I can certainly see a difference in theirs.”

“The whole place is really exciting. It’s increased our morale as well as our productivity,” added Dave Barrows, Director of Sales – Arizona & Gobins, ACP. “That makes me very excited, because that teamwork is where growth comes from.”

The City of Chandler has been a strong supporter of the project from groundbreaking through completion, and city leaders were on hand to welcome ACP to the community.

“We’re so excited to welcome All Copy Products to Chandler. Your building is impressive,” said Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke. “Thank you for choosing Chandler. Congratulations, and cheers to ACP.”

“It’s great to see the community come together and support us,” said Barrows. “We’re really grateful to the mayor and the chamber for everything they’ve done for us, from the groundbreaking to the ribbon cutting. To have that local support is paramount.”

Following the ceremony, ACP hosted a barbecue with longtime partner Sharp, where Sharp representatives Pete Salmon and Joe Knepell presented the ACP team with Sharp’s Hyakuman Kai Elite Award. The award is among Sharp’s highest dealer honors, reserved for a select group of dealers nationwide that achieve top-level Sharp sales while demonstrating innovative business practices and outstanding local customer service.

“This is a rockstar facility. I would bring family and friends here, and I’d be very proud to work here,” said Pete Salmon, Vice President, Western Region Sales, Sharp. “Great culture, the whole nine yards. Congratulations to everyone at ACP.”

ACP currently employs nearly 50 full-time team members in Chandler and is actively hiring as it grows into its new home. Those interested in joining the team can view open positions at acp.com/careers.

“The future for ACP and Verticomm in Arizona is limitless,” said Knepper. “Growth is a win for us, and we like to win. It also creates opportunities for our staff to grow, and that’s been a major part of our DNA since the beginning.”
