The Association of Technical Service Professionals' (ATSP)program allows dealer service technicians to demonstrate their technical expertise and provide an outstanding customer experience. ATSP certification is awarded after successfully passing six exams, prepared under a proprietary Canon testing method, and administered by Canon.
