Konica Minolta has awarded Gobin’s Inc., an ACP subsidiary, with their esteemed Pro-Tech service award for the 34th straight year. The “Pro-Tech Standard” lists five areas of excellence that independent technology dealers must exemplify to be considered for the award: Technical Expertise, Inventory Control, Dispatch Systems, Management Skills, and Customer Satisfaction.
Konica Minolta describes the Pro-Tech service standard as “challenging - and the evaluation practice is rigorous and far-reaching”. Customer support and satisfaction are the values that the business & industrial technology manufacturer says they hold in the highest regard.
