ACP Hosts 6th Annual Charity Golf Tournament
ACP hosted their 6th Annual Charity Golf with title sponsor, Konica Minolta. Over 130 people participated and helped raise funds for Warren Village.
Konica Minolta has awarded Gobin’s Inc., an ACP subsidiary, with their esteemed Pro-Tech service award for the 34th straight year. The “Pro-Tech Standard” lists five areas of excellence that independent technology dealers must exemplify to be considered for the award: Technical Expertise, Inventory Control, Dispatch Systems, Management Skills, and Customer Satisfaction.
Konica Minolta describes the Pro-Tech service standard as “challenging - and the evaluation practice is rigorous and far-reaching”. Customer support and satisfaction are the values that the business & industrial technology manufacturer says they hold in the highest regard.
